Privacy Policy

Vero Pay collects the personal data required to operate a regulated financial service: identity and verification data gathered during our 8-stage KYC process, transaction and ledger records, device and security signals, and support communications. As a registered MSB with FINTRAC (Canada), we are subject to statutory record-keeping and reporting obligations that determine how long certain records must be retained.

We use this data to verify identity, screen against sanctions and PEP lists, monitor transactions, prevent fraud, and provide and improve the service. Access to personal data is restricted and logged; administrative actions are captured in a hash-chained audit log, and sensitive operations require maker-checker approval.
