Risk Disclosure
Digital assets carry real risk, and no execution model removes it. Prices of BTC, ETH and other digital assets can move sharply and without warning; stablecoins such as USDT and USDC are designed to track fiat currencies but depend on their issuers' reserves and redemption arrangements and can deviate from their pegs. A firm RFQ quote fixes your execution price — it does not protect the value of an asset after you hold it.
On-chain transfers are irreversible once final: a withdrawal sent to the wrong address generally cannot be recovered, which is one reason Vero Pay restricts withdrawals to whitelisted addresses with a 24-hour cooldown. Network congestion, protocol changes and smart-contract or bridge failures can affect timing and availability of on-chain settlement.
Regulatory treatment of digital assets continues to evolve across jurisdictions and may affect availability of services. Vero Pay operates as a registered MSB with FINTRAC (Canada); registration is a compliance status, not an endorsement, and digital-asset balances are not covered by government deposit insurance. Trade only with funds whose loss you can bear, and review the Terms of Service and AML disclosure before using the platform.
